Aremin Hacobian has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry for nearly three decades, and has been involved in extensive change efforts at every level of organizational systems. His passion is unlocking the potential that exists within individuals and organizations. His services include organization and leadership development consultation in support of high performing teams, organization effectiveness, and achievement of business priorities.
Prior to consulting, Aremin was Head of Organization Health & Development for Third Rock Ventures. Prior to joining Third Rock, Aremin led Organization Development strategic intiatives at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Millennium Pharmaceuticals, with a focus on functional integration, employee engagement, and fostering a global culture.
Aremin holds an MSOD from American University, an MBA from Suffolk University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University.
